Abstract

The purpose of this research is examine the influence of non performing financing (NPF), financing to deposit ratio (FDR), total revenue, and BI rate toward trustee profit sharing mudharabah Islamic Bank Industries in Indonesia start from January 2011 until June 2014 periods. This research uses quantitative approach. The analysis method used in this research is the method of multiple linear regression analysis of time series with a significance level of 0,05.The result showed that performing financing (NPF) and BI rate have significant influence toward trustee profit sharing mudharabah partially, while financing to deposit ratio (FDR) and total revenue does not influence trustee profit sharing mudharabah significantly. However, non performing financing (NPF), financing to deposit Ratio (FDR), total revenue, and BI rate have significant influence toward trustee profit sharing mudharabah simultaneously.

Abstract

This research was aimed to investigate the effect of Islamic work motivation to the employee Islamic work ethics on Jatim Sharia Bank Branch Surabaya. This study used questionnaires in primary data collection and quantitative approaches. Experiments were done using simple linear regression, where the dependent variable (Y) is the employee Islamic work ethics and the independent variable (X) is Islamic work motivation. The research sample were taken by census. The research sample was 54 employees working in Jatim Sharia Bank Branch Surabaya.Based on the findings, it obtained simple linear regression equation : Y = 2,739 + 0,353X. The magnitude of the influence of Islamic work ethics to the employees Islamic work ethics on Jatim Sharia Branch Surabaya is the R2 value of 0,446 (44,6%). The result show that employee Islamic work ethics on Jatim Sharia Bank Branch Surabaya significantly affect by Islamic work motivation.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the influence of financing based on profit sharing against Islamic Banking Industry liquidity in Indonesia from January 2008 through June 2014. This research used the quantitative approach method. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression and the equation was Y = 0,58 + 0,016 (PMUD) – 0,056 (PMUS)Based on the result of t-test, mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing partially did not influence significantly to liquidity with t test result consecutively 0,765 for mudharabah financing and 0,621 for musyarakah financing. The result of simultaneous test showed that mudharabah financing and musyarakah had significant effect to Islamic banking industry liquidity with siginificant value 0,000. And based on determination test result, the value of R Square is 0,593 or 59,3% that showed the ability of mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing in explaining liquidity of 59,3% and the remaining 40,7% was explainedby other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This research aims to know how Islamic Pattern Behavior Consumption of Students Faculty Economics and Business University Airlangga in in Choosing Halal Food and Thayyib reviewed by level of religiosity. The method that used is qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data was collected by interviews and direct observation of the object research. The analysis technique that used is descriptive qualitative analysis that is narrating the results of interviews and direct observation. Based on the results of the study concluded that the Faculty of Economics and Business University Press Islamic behavior patterns of consumption good and there is no difference between students of each program of study. Suggestions for further research should deepen the Islamic consumption behavior of various faculties at the University of Airlangga.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image to re-purchase intention through attitude of consumers to the brand in the Zoya’s Muslim fashion products in Surabaya.This sudy collects primary data from the questionere with 30 sample. The sample is the consumer of Zoya’s products in Surabaya. This study utilizes Consumer characteristics who have ever made a purchase Zoya’s products in Surabaya within the past year. The sampling technique is accidental and purposive sampling.This study utilizes quantitative approach path analysis technique (path analysis).Endogenous variables is re-purchase intention, whereas exogenous variables is brand image and intervening endogenous variable is the attitude of consumers to the brand image. The results indicates that the brand image has a positive and significant impact to the consumer attitudes on Zoyas’s Muslim fashion brand. Other results shows that a significant influence on consumer attitudes and re-purchase intention . Then, the brand image is also has positive and significant impact on re-purchase intention on the Zoya’s Muslim fashion in Surabaya. Based on these findings, Zoya Surabaya branch should maintain and enhance the brand  image of Zoya and positive attitudes of consumers towards the Muslim fashion Zoya so as to improve on the consumer's purchase intention on products Moslem Zoya. For the further research, it will be better by adding a moderator variables such as the level of religious knowledge that will get an idea whether the moderator variables will weaken or increase the influence of consumer attitudes to re-purchase intention of consumers on Zoyas’s Muslimfashion brand.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness promotion through radio to obedience of muzakki channelling zakat at the zakat institute in Surabaya. This research is qualitative. The approach in this study using case study strategy. Characteristics of the informants in this study is muzakki distribute their zakat to zakat institutions in Surabaya and ever listen promotion of zakat institutions through radio. Informants in this study amounted to 9 muzakki. Technical data collection is done by using the interview method. After the data collected do data reduction, data presentation and conclusion (verification). The results showed that the promotion through radio by zakat institution in Surabaya improving obedience muzakki said to be effective. Effectiveness is measured by three indicators, there are muzakki understanding of zakat, zakat practice frequency, and amount of donation.
